What This Is
Florida Real Estate Agent Rankings is an independent data publication that tracks the closed-transaction activity of working real estate agents across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We rank agents by volume and transaction count within their primary areas of operation, updated monthly from publicly available real estate transaction records. The list includes agents in South Florida who have closed at least 4 transactions in the trailing 12 months — the activity floor of a full-time working agent.
The site exists to make publicly available transaction data more accessible, navigable, and contextual. Closed sale records are already public information in Florida — what's been missing is a clean, neutral way to see how individual agents compare within the areas they actually work in.
What This Is Not
This is not a brokerage. We do not represent buyers, sellers, or agents in real estate transactions.
This is not a directory or recruitment platform. Agents cannot purchase better rankings, sponsor placements, or buy visibility. Rankings are computed strictly from publicly available transaction records; commercial relationships play no role.
This is not affiliated with any real estate association, data provider, or individual brokerage.
Who's Behind This
Florida Agent Rankings is produced by Casa Simple LLC, a real estate brokerage based in Miami Lakes, Florida. Casa Simple sponsors the publication's data infrastructure and editorial costs. The rankings themselves are computed automatically from publicly available transaction records; Casa Simple has no editorial control over individual rankings, tier assignments, or agent placement.
Casa Simple is a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage and operates independently of this publication. Casa Simple's agents appear in the rankings on the same terms as any other licensed agent — by their closed transaction activity.
Editorial Independence
Our rankings are determined by data, not by relationships. We do not remove agents at the request of competing brokerages. We do not promote specific agents in exchange for compensation. We do not adjust tier assignments based on agent feedback.
We do remove agents who submit verified opt-out requests through our opt-out flow. See /methodology for details.
